We are recruiting for paid staff and volunteers!

Is the wellbeing and safeguarding of young people and families important to you? Would you like to contribute to the wellbeing of young people, and take advantage of training and skills development for yourself?

We have openings for both paid and volunteer youth support workers / assistant youth support workers here at the Yard. No experience or training is necessary and we welcome applications from everyone. You will need to be motivated to help provide positive experiences for young people, to continue your own learning and self-development and be able to build on your own communication skills.

This is a great chance not only to contribute to your community but to gain experience and training, and build your CV.

Due to the role, volunteering is conditional on an enhanced DBS check and the completion of essential training. Requests for more info or an informal chat are very welcome. Contact us at for an application form or with any queries or see our jobs page on Indeed.

We are also recruiting for a Senior Youth Worker / Senior Youth Support Worker.
