How to comment about the service offered by the club:
Everyone is very welcome to come in and request a chat with a member of staff or volunteer during session hours. If you’d like to talk to a particular member of staff, volunteer or the designated safeguarding officer you may need to arrange a time – if urgent we will do our best to meet with you or return a phone call as soon as possible.
If you have a complaint you can talk to the Senior Youth Worker or a member of our management committee, by phoning 01647 440830, emailing theyardmay@gmail.com or in writing to The Yard, Green Hill, Fore Street, Moretonhampstead, TQ13 8LL.
