How to comment about the service offered by the club:
Parents of youth club members are welcome to come in for a chat with a member of staff or volunteer during session hours. If you would like to talk to a particular member of staff, volunteer or Child Protection Officer who is unavailable during that session, please feel free to arrange a convenient time.
Parents and members of the public are very welcome to pass on comments, or make an appointment with our Senior Youth Worker or a member of our management committee, by phoning 01647 440830, emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or in writing to The Yard, Green Hill, Fore Street, Moretonhampstead, TQ13 8LL.
In the case of a complaint against a member of staff or volunteer, the procedures as set out in the Code of Conduct and Child Protection Policies below will be followed.
